Getting Started

Do I need to install an SDK or change my apps code?
No. SnappShot connects to the data sources you already use (RevenueCat, Meta Ads, OneSignal, Twilio, Google Analytics, and more). If you are running an app, the data is already there. We just read it.
How long does setup take?
Most users are looking at their first unified dashboard in under an hour. You connect each data source with an API key or OAuth, and we handle the ETL from there.
What data sources do you support?
We add new integrations based on customer demand — see the integrations showcase above for the current list. If something you use is not there, tell us.

Data & Security

Is my data secure?
Yes. Data source credentials are encrypted at rest, all traffic is TLS, and we run on AWS Lightsail with standard isolation. We are not a B2C company with lax posture — we built this for ourselves first.
Who owns my data?
You do. SnappShot is a viewer, not an owner. We cache and aggregate for performance, but the source of truth stays with your data providers. Cancel and the cache is purged.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every metric and report in SnappShot can be exported to CSV. API access for programmatic export is on the roadmap.

Billing & Plans

How does pricing work if I have multiple apps?
Starter and Pro are per-app. Brand and Agency support multiple apps under one account — Agency is purpose-built for managing several clients from one dashboard.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down, any time. Billing prorates automatically.
What happens if I cancel?
Your dashboards stay read-only for 30 days so you can export anything you need. After that, your cached data is purged from our systems.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, with a discount. Contact us for annual terms.
